This project was a complete renovation. The office had previously had longstanding tenants and the new lease holders wanted to expose the building's original features.

The wooden floor which had been hidden under ply boards and carpet was fully exposed and renovated to its former glory and the office beams became a statement by being painted black.

The brief description included elements of industrial, contemporary and original features. the clients wanted a light and air like feel to the office which was attained through the use of Critall glass, acoustic wood panelling and greenery throughout.
